New JAA TO Flight Dispatch Training facilitates CBTA methodology according to newest ICAO Doc 10106

INTERVIEW: The International Civil Aviation Organization has published a new document for Flight Dispatchers (FDs) / Flight Operations Officers (FOOs) training, the all-new Document 10106. It is replacing the old Document 7192, Part-D, which used to be the focal point of training for decades. With the new document describing various functions within operations control and more specifically their training needs, the Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) method is the logical consequence of an adequate development process fitting the modern state of operations control. JAA TO Director appointed as new Chair of ICAO TPSC

ICAO Validation Session of JAA TO Drone/UAS-RPC Training

NEWS RELEASE: Starting 1^st September 2020, the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) will conduct the validation session of JAA Training Organisation’s (JAA TO) newest drone course Competency and Licensing of UAS Remote Pilots (European Categories) (UAS-RPC). The course would become JAA TO’s first ICAO Training Package (ITP) deliverable both as virtual and classroom in the portfolio.
