Has occupied several positions since JAA TO’s inception, such as Training Manager, Business Development Manager, Deputy Director and - since May 2016 - Director/CEO. Speaks Portuguese, English, Dutch and Spanish.

Hailing from Aruba, with a master's degree in Aviation Safety and over 15 years of  Aviation experience. Specializes in education, training development and skills mastery, with a strong focus on designing and delivering impactful learning solutions. A qualified ICAO Instructor and Subject Matter Expert, dedicated to enhancing instructor effectiveness and advancing professional competencies. Speaks English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.

More than 20 years of experience in Administrative and HR related roles. Has occupied several positions in JAA TO, as HR and Administration Assistant, Training Manager and Coordinator. Certified DISC Analyst. Speaks English and Dutch.

Master's degree in Business Administration with academic background in Marketing Management. Has over 30 years of experience in several sales, marketing and management roles. Speaks Dutch, English and German.

More than 10 years of experience in training, learning and development roles across various IT/ITES companies. Personal experience in building up L&D teams for different multinationals and managing the entire training lifecycle – from training need identification, content development, and delivery to evaluation processes. Originally studied Forensic Science (BSc) before obtaining a Master's degree in Yoga Science. Speaks English, Hindi, Kannada, elementary German and Dutch.

Obtained an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and Flight Instructor (FI) rating with more than 20 years working experience in the aviation industry as former pilot, flight- and air traffic control initial training instructor. With a Dutch diploma in Learning and Development, moved into training coordination as training project coordinator and e-learning courseware developer. Speaks fluent Dutch, English and German.

With a professional background as a Project Coordinator and Digital Learning Producer, Miranda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a Master’s degree in Slavic Linguistics. Her great passion for education and new learning methodologies has led her current career development in Digital Learning. Speaks Italian, English, Russian, Spanish and French.  

Master’s degree in Crisis and Security Management with an academic background in Learning and Development. With 7 years of experience in corporate training, recently transitioned into digital instructional design. Certified Digital Learning Professional, credit-rated by Glasgow Caledonian University. Speaks fluent Polish, English and Dutch.

Holding a Master’s degree in Intercultural Studies and Literature, Alice specializes in Learning & Development, focusing on designing hands-on, actionable learning experiences with direct workplace application and transferable skills. She has worked within soft skills training organizations, developing a strong interest in instructional design and digital learning. French, English, and German speaker.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and an academic background in Hotel Management, Elly specialises in Learning & Development, focusing on designing, coordinating, and maintaining effective training programmes with a strong emphasis on e-learning and LMS management. A former international flight attendant and trainer at Mahan Airlines, as well as an IT & Data Transformation professional, she brings a unique operational and technical perspective to instructional design. She has worked across Aviation, IT, and corporate training environments, including a previous role at JAA TO, developing deep expertise in Moodle, instructional design using the ADDIE and ICAO methodologies. She holds multiple ICAO certifications, and she speaks Farsi, English, and Dutch ( B1 level).

Master’s degree in Digital Marketing Strategy. Over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in dynamic, international organisations such as Google and SAS Institute. Speaks Turkish and English.

Academic background in foreign languages, with 10 years of experience in customer relations, operations, and administrative roles. Speaks English and Turkish.

Academic background in Marketing Management with more than five years of working experience in the aviation industry. Worked for aviation organisations in Europe and the Middle Americas, in both operational as well as commercial roles with a deep understanding of flight operations and safety. Speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamentu.

Master’s degree in Public Policies with an academic background in Political Science and International Relations. With a multi-disciplinary background, she worked as an Account Manager in the Electronics Industry and has over 10 years of experience in sales and customer-oriented roles. Elena speaks fluent Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Academic background in pharmaceutical science with +10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Worked as an Account manager with clients from various industries. Speaks fluent English & Arabic.

Academic background in English Language studies with a Dutch Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management. More than 4 years of experience in Sales across UKI & Nordics, with a strong foundation in both technology sales and marketing. Speaks fluent Bulgarian and English.

Joined JAA Training Organisation after completing his studies at the Hotel Management School Maastricht. He brings experience in business development and partnership‑driven growth, with a strong international orientation. Motivated by building meaningful relationships and contributing value in a dynamic, professional training environment.

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing, with a specialisation in digital marketing. Background in consultative sales and customer service in an international environment, with experience in communication strategies and client relationship development. Speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

More than 30 years experience in Aviation, in administrative and account management roles. Started her career working for CAA-NL, joined JAA at its beginning, and has occupied several positions at JAA TO. Speaks Dutch, English and German.

Academic backgrounds in linguistics and tourism management; having obtained two Bachelor's degrees, in English Philology and Business Administration. More than 15 years of experience in customer service and business operations for globally operating companies. Speaks English, Russian, Azerbaijani, and basic Dutch.

Academic background in creative media, almost 20 years of accumulated experience in customer care related positions. Joined JAA TO as a receptionist and now occupies the position of Customer Service Operations Representative. Speaks Polish and English.  

Academic background in Human Resources with over 15 years of experience in Customer Service and diverse Administrative roles. Worked in various hospitals excelling in multiple administrative positions. Speaks English.  

Background in language and communication, with a strong foundation in education and customer support. Experienced as an English tutor for several years and in customer service roles, developing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Speaks Greek and English.

Major in Psychology. More than 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, in various sectors, from renewable to technical recruitment. Speaks English, Tagalog and Cebuano.

Master's degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Amsterdam with Bachelor of Arts in PR and Advertising. More than seven years of corporate and agency experience in Public Relations, Corporate Identity, Brand and Digital Communications. Speaks German, English and Dutch.

More than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and event management. She has worked in marketing agencies and client-side roles, specialising in public relations. Fluent in both Polish and English.

Master’s degree in Marketing Management with an academic background in Marketing Data Analysis. Several years of experience in marketing and customer-related positions.
