Introduction

This course provides Managers of training organizations with the competencies required to plan and manage training operations, including Strategic, Tactical and Marketing plans.

This course serves as a continuation of the Training Managers Course - Regulatory (TMCR), which provides a strong foundation for the material covered in this course.

Course Content

The course is built up as follows:

• Module 0: Introduction
• Module 1: Managing Oversight
• Module 2: Planning in the Training Organization
• Module 3: Managing Training Operations

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to accomplish the following:

1. Manage Oversight of Training Organization
2. Develop Strategic and Tactical Plans for a Training Organization using Aviation Training Market information and available ICAO tools
3. Manage Training Operations

Pre-requisites
