Introduction
This new 16-hour online course is replacing the safety regulatory training of the previously taught UAS-INI. JAA TO newly developed this ICAO Standardized Training Package (STP) for a more thorough introduction into the safety regulations of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Societal concerns of UAS on emerging common rules are covered in the UAS-SOC training course.
This online ICAO STP will provide knowledge, skills and attitude to CAA personnel, industry and managers to identify the purpose and applicability of all EU regulations related to industry standards concerning civil unmanned aircraft, based on multiple and sometimes overlapping and not totally harmonised regulations which are applicable to non-military operations of unmanned aircraft.
