Introduction
This is an industry-specific, two-day workshop specifically designed for those who need to manage, undertake or understand how to conduct effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in response to identified problems and findings occurring during internal compliance monitoring and auditing activities. These issues are oftentimes raised by regulatory oversight.
Delegates are required to participate via a selection of syndicate group working activities designed to familiarise and provide practical experience in the use of a range of tools and techniques that may be utilised to undertake root cause analysis and the determination of appropriate corrective action(s) in response to audit non-conformance, management system defects or operational incidents.

The effective use of RCA used as an integral part of the response to audit and compliance monitoring activities, reported non-conformities, customer complaints, regulatory oversight findings and others can support the achievement of operational and business objectives.
