Introduction
Human Factors are everything that affects Human Performance on a daily basis. Using a concept similar to Crew Resource Management people will be enabled to optimise the use of all resources available with the intention to optimise Human Performance and reduce the impact of human error. This course provides participants with practical tools to apply the learned principles in daily practice.

Learning Objectives
After this course participants will be aware of Human Performance Limitations and all factors that affect Human Performance. They will be aware of methods to improve Human Performance and they will be able to apply these methods.
Note: The course shows strong similarities with the course "Human Factors/Crew Resource Management" with the exception of the examples that are being shared during the course. These examples are specific to the area of aviation maintenance.
