The JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO) is looking for a professional and motivated Sales & Account Representative (Junior) to join its growing Sales & Marketing Department. Candidates should have experience and affinity in maintaining warm relationships with clients, aviation stakeholders and other industry partners, and the ability to generate new business.
The Sales & Account Representative will report to Sales Team Lead.

The Ideal Candidate
As an experienced sales and account management professional, you have a passion for working with our clients. You use your people skills to maintain warm relationships with aviation industry clients and generate new business through existing and new accounts. As a “sales hunter”, you take initiative in the sales activities and take pride in achieving and surpassing your targets. You are analytical and always looking for ways to improve the status quo.
You are a team player, inspiring your colleagues with your helpful attitude and valuable tips on effective account management and sales techniques. You contribute to our international team atmosphere where we work collaboratively towards individual and team targets. This function offers a career path toward an executive role in sales and account management.
Main Responsibilities
Account Management (80%)
- Explore and understand complex customer and training requirements on both a business and technical level to create a strategic account planning for the existing client portfolio to maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
New Business Sales (NBS) (20%)
- Pro-actively pitching, presenting and managing all aspects of taking a deal to closure
- Manage full sales cycle: Inbound, outbound lead generation and qualification, prospecting C-level decision-makers
General
- Establish strong collaboration cross-functionally with Training Operations, Customer Service Onboarding, Marketing, Course Development and Finance teams
- Responsible for individual weekly reporting including sales forecasting, and performance reviews
