The Ideal Candidate
The Marketing & Communications Team is looking for a junior Digital Marketing Representative (m/f/d) to work at the HQ in Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands. The position is fulltime (40h) and applicants must have EU/Schengen-area working permit (JAA TO is notproviding sponsorship).
The Digital Marketing Representative will be part of the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
As international communications expert, you have excellent command of the English language and the ability to compress complex subjects into smaller pieces of engaging content.
You are hands-on and experienced in digital marketing and advertising, taking ownership for full marketing campaigns from planning and creatives to execution and analysis.
Consider yourself a marketing guru with focus on digital advertising via Google Ads network, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads or email marketing responsible for devising strategies to drive online traffic to the organization's website and track ROI conversions.
Your motivation is to manage the organization in the social media and create campaigns to raise brand awareness, generate quality leads and increase sales.
Since you are a digital native, you review latest technology developments with ease and possess a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and creativity tools.

Main Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across channels
- Build and grow social media presence especially on LinkedIn (preferrable advanced experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Support online advertising initiatives (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager); build key audiences and remarketing campaigns
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice
- Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms
- Engage with online communities and support community-building strategies.
- Measure and report digital marketing performance(s) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing targeting EMEA/ APAC regions
Content & Copywriting:
- Draft social media captions, newsletters, short articles and campaign copy
- Conduct research to support the creation of relevant and engaging content
- Proofread and edit materials ensuring clarity, tone and correct language usage
- Assist in developing SEO-friendly texts and participate in brainstorming sessions
Creatives & Design:
- Assist in creating visual assets (photo/video) using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Support the creation of flyers, banners, presentations and infographics
- Prepare visuals tailored to platform specifications and according to brand guidelines
- Preferred experience with video storytelling for engaging short video (Youtube Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn visual storytelling)
Corporate Website:
- Support the management of website content via CMS platforms (preferably WordPress)
- Update news pages, landing pages and course announcements
- Assist in basic SEO optimization (meta tags, alt text, keywords)
- Implement analytical tracking tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
- Ensure content is user-friendly and aligned with UX/UI best practices.
- Use strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and digital touch points; identify critical conversion and drop off points
Analytics:
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics and other tools to track performance
- Prepare monthly digital performance reports and dashboards
- Interpret data and propose improvements based on results
Sales & Marketing Team:
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to strengthen the brand and leverage public relations (e.g. photo/video production; testimonial/spokesperson outreach, etc.)
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on overall communications strategy and yearly content schedule
- Collaborate with Sales teams by identifying short/long-term product campaigns, targeting, support lead generation and sales revenue
