Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan and JAA TO Sign a Three-Year Training Service Agreement

Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands. 13 June 2024 – The Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan (AAK) and JAA Training Organisation (JAA TO), a globally leading aviation training and ICAO Platinum Centre of Excellence organization based in the Netherlands, today announce the signing of a three-year Training Service Agreement (TSA). The agreement is signed by Catalin Radu, Director General of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, and Paula V. de Almeida, Chief Executive Officer of JAA TO, on June 13, 2024 during an official visit to JAA TO’s headquarters in the Netherlands.

Under the terms of the agreement, JAA TO will provide comprehensive training services to the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, focusing on enhancing the skills, knowledge and competencies of the country's aviation professionals. The training programs will cover a range of topics, including aviation safety, aircraft maintenance, aviation auditing and regulation facilitated in both classroom and virtual delivery

The agreement is a significant milestone in the development of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan's training capabilities and reflects the country's commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of its aviation operations. The agreement further strengthens the trustful training partnership between the two organisations promoting interregional collaboration for a safer, more secure and more sustainable air transport sector.
