JAA TO Business Developer & Strategist Eric Schoonderwoerd presented at the EATEO event on [DATE] during the session “From theory to practice”: a talk highlighting the importance of training organisations in transferring human capital into organisational intellectual capital through the Competency Based Training approach. The use of this methodology was set by ICAO during the last Assembly as one of the highest priorities for Aviation Training Organisations to ensure that learners become competent aviation professionals. As such, effective training and education is the basis to enabling aviation professional competency and better organisational performance.
