Introduction

An industry specific two-day programme specifically designed for nominated or designated postholder Crew Training of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder under EU OPS 1 or JAR-OPS 3.

Safety and quality delivery in an AOC holder's Crew Training requires fully effective processes. The Postholder Crew Training Operations is responsible for a wide range of safety critical processes.

This course aims to provide case-based training in management approaches and management techniques to facilitate a fully effective Crew Training and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives.

The course is highly participative, and promotes practices that have become the benchmark in the industry.

Aviation Authorities have started interviewing Form 4 candidates. This course serves as preparation for the authority interview.

Postholder Crew Training will be provided a first-hand update of regulatory and industry development. Postholders are invited to exchange experiences among peers in a confidential environment.

Pre-requisites

Previous experience in the function of Postholder Crew Training is not required, but an added value. However, comprehensive knowledge of EU OPS and other applicable regulations is required.

This highly interactive course requires participants motivated to prepare for the task of Postholder Crew Training or to deepen one's understanding of the task. 

Participants attending the postholder courses are kindly requested to bring an essential selection of relevant documents, indicated in this list.

2 days, starting at 9:00 on both days, ending at approximately 17:00 on both days.
